ARTJAMILA

Wan Jamila Wan Shaiful Bahri, known professionally as artjamila®, is an award-winning savant artist known nationally and internationally. Artjamila was born in 2002 in Kuala Lumpur. She started drawing as a tool for communication in 2006 at the age of 4 and became an artist at 14 years old in 2017.

Her creation of art is purely from her soul without any formal art education and has developed a distinctive personal style in her art. She paints through her memories of events she has experienced. Jamila views the world with a joyful, cheerful and peaceful nature which is often reflected in her paintings. She has participated in more than 38 group exhibitions at a national level and international level together with other well-known professional artists. As of December 2019, Artjamila has sold over 96 original paintings to private and corporate collectors in Malaysia and Switzerland.
